It's a simple joy when your often aloof feline friend jumps onto your exhausted self. No coaxing involved. It is a shock--a surprise that catches you off guard, but swells your heart with happiness.
Very cute. My kiddos keep asking for a cat or dog, but I'm quick to remind them of our luck with pets. We have adopted 3 dogs from the lab rescue over the past years and each one has stayed no longer than 1 week. The last one only 9 hours. FIASCO! Finding the perfect pet (cat, dog, whatever) must be great.

How sweet is that? What kind of cat is that? It appears to be part Siamese...
What a gorgeous cat! I love when they get their "cuddle attacks", too. You never know. And I love that they seem to sense when you need it most.

My daughter wants a kitty. I have to work on my hubby, but I'm hoping to be able to surprise her on Easter. :)
