The Robin

The robin has returned.
I awake each morning to her song.
Such hope she brings of REAL Spring.

So, was this picture taken this morning?! They didn't run back south, did they? Back to the terrorist plot theory!

Mmmm. I've spotted a few here as well. Love to open my windows in the morning and hear the chirping of birds!

So pretty! I keep trying to get photos of our birds, but I'm not quick enough and they fly away before I can get any. :)

My husband told em to get up this morning or I'd miss Christmas. Lol!

We got a lot of heavy blue tinged snow!

Love the robin beside the dried up persimmon.

These photos are amazing! Gorgeous. Oh, how I love to see the robins out and about. We have a large tree close to our bedroom window and I can hear them singing each morning :)

While I am immensely jealous of your robin (none have made it quite this far north yet), I am happy to tell you that you won my book giveaway. I totally forgot to announce it and I've known you're the winner for 2 weeks. Sorry!

Will you send me your mailing address to lalakme at gmail dot com?

Thanks!

What beautiful pictures!! And this post reminds me so much of my father. His favorite part of spring is when the robins return.
